About this apartment rental
The apartment is located at the first floor with pool view in a country house in Vada, in a completely fenced 7-hectare estate with olive trees and a small oak forest on the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno.
The apartment is in typical Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, on the 50 sqm terrace overlooking the pool you have a private outdoor area with garden chairs and table, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Two televisions are available with Italian programs and satellite programs in the main foreign languages, you will also find: CD player, DVD player and free Internet connection.
Air conditioning and heating.
A large swimming pool 15 meters long, 7 meters wide and 140 centimeters deep and a Jacuzzi are available for our guests, and a small pool 60 centimeters deep is also available for children.
In the large solarium, the apartment has a private space with umbrella, sunbeds and chairs,
an area with barbecue, table and chairs is available,
it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, five minutes from the sea on the Tuscan coast, a few km from the villages of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, from the art cities of Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence.
At guests' disposal a free common washing machine.
