About this chalet rental

The Chalet has excellent views of the valley and the ski slopes and is arranged over three floors with an additional basement apartment if needed.
There are 6 bedrooms and sleeps 14 (19 using apartment).
The lounge area has ample seating on comfortable sofas. The dining table seats 19 comfortably. The chalet is equipped with free wi-fi, smart Tv's. The kitchen is very well equipped with dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer etc.
The chalet is arranged over three floors with twin & triple bedrooms a shower room/wc on the top floor.
The middle floor has two twin rooms, the lounge, a kitchette, a shower room and a separate wc.
The entrance level has a large fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, one twin bedroom and another with a single bed and a bunk bed.
A boot room, locking ski/bike rack and boot heaters for 20 pairs of boots, ample space for gloves, helmets etc and an area for drying kit. Towels and linen are supplied.

Very nice property just a short walk from the centre of Les Gets and the ski lifts. Kitchen was big enough for our needs and the outside balcony was great for relaxing and having a few beers. My only gripe would be that the property needs more than 2 bathrooms, especially if it were at full capacity. My only gripe more than 2 bathrooms

We were a group of 8 mountain bikers and this property was perfect for our needs. Decent sized rooms, lots of storage and a room downstairs for bikes/ boards. Lots of parking. Nigel was easy to communicate with.

We arrived in the July to a filthy Chalet which had overflowing bins, dog hair everywhere, Skidmarks in the toilets, dirty or unmade beds and dirty washing in the sink. I spoke with the owner Nigel Crannis who said that the housekeeper had not been and could we make the beds ourselves with linen from the cellar. He assured me the housekeeper would clean the following day. She didn’t turn up again the following day, or the following day. The owner ignored and failed to return any of my calls. The housekeeper finally cleaned half way through our trip. Upon our return I complained to Homeaway who forwarded my complaint to the owner.....he ignored this too!! Overall the chalet is in a nice quiet area, but was totally let down by the owners lack of care for his customers.

A very well appointed apartment sleeping 9 well located for access to the ski runs although on the edge of the resort a good 15 minute walk from the centre. Highly recommended if you don't mind a peripheral location. We had a great time with excellent snow over Christmas.

We rented the middle flat, Yeti, for a few nights to stay while we skiing around Les Gets. We were very comfortable there - everything you need is provided. The location of the apartment, in La Turche, is a little out of the main town of Les Get but you can easily get to it and back via a 15 minute walk or by taking the free shuttle, which was pretty convenient. We had no problems going down to Les Gets for food etc! That said, the most important things - access to main ski area and morning bread - are both available within 50m of the place (La Perriers chairlift and the mobile bakery, respectively). The area is quiet, sunny and sports some great views over the valley. The only downside is when we stayed, there was no internet available. This may be a pro or con, depending on your opinion of internet access during holidays! I can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a ski base for 5-7 people :)

What can i say about this place other than fantastic++++++. I took a mixed group of people (adults and students) and we shared the whole chalet between us. The facilities are excellent, everything we needed for a great self catering holiday. We did visit some of the local restaurants in the village - a very short 10min walk - the variety was outstanding and good value. We were on a cycling holiday so you can imagine the amount of kit we carried for 15 people - storage was not an issue with secure lock up garage to store all of our bikes. The location of the chalet was only a short walk from the lake where there is the opportunity for swimming in the supervised area. There is more than enough to keep both adult and child engaged for hours in this area and would recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing or very active summer holiday. Being there for the Tour de France we didn't get much time to enjoy some of the other activites so we are going back for definite.

Lovely chalet, with all fixtures & fittings needed for a great ski-ing break. Fully equiped, fresh bedding, clean bathrooms, nice big clean towels, comfy lounge areea, loads of crocs & cultlery, dishwasher and big fridge for the vino! We had a large group (8) of varying ages from 4yrs to quite a bit older! Great position on La Turche, as around a minutes walk (literally) to hop on the free bus into Les Gets centre for ski school with the little one, whilst about a 2 minute walk & you are on the piste. Also excellent Phillipe Sports ski hire shop right next to bus stop. After ski-ing the kids would be safe & happy to play outside in the snow, as chalet set back from main road. No evening/late night noise as in quiet area, so all round an excellent experience......just don't tell anyone else! What more could you ask for?

Fantastic apartments, we had ground & 1st floor for a week. 4 people in theground floor, and 8 in the 1st floor. The apartments were neat and had everything you could think of, regarding crockery, bedding, towels, etc. Plenty of living space & the bedrooms are generous. Excellent showers, lovely hot water, just what you need after a day on the slopes. Excellent positioning, 200 yrds to a run down to a lift which took you into Les Gets itself, or alternatively 100yds from the door was a free bus into Les Gets every half hour, which also brought you back again. Nice village, nice little shops, everything you need, resort is fantastic for kids & adults alike, great facilities. I will be using this accom again, no doubt about it, also some friends may go back in Summer. FANTASTIC, highly recommended.
