This place was so bad that I honestly don’t know where to begin. We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The moment we walked in, there was a very strong damp and moldy smell. All the windows were permanently blocked by barriers and could not be opened — it felt like a prison. In the middle of winter, the apartment was freezing cold. The radiators were not working at all; instead, there were only a few small electric heaters, which were completely insufficient. We tried to contact the host countless times, but they did not bother to answer a single call or message. The only good thing about this place was not being in it. The apartment was generally dirty. On the lower bed, there were black clusters that looked like insect eggs. The pillows and duvets were yellow-stained (we noticed this because guests are required to remove all bedding themselves and place it next to the washing machine). There were spider webs on the living room lamp. The bathroom was extremely cold — you came out shivering — and the hot water ran out very quickly. Right before entering the apartment, we were forced into paying a €100 deposit just to receive the door code. We paid €490 for two nights, and the service we received was not worth even a single euro. Even our Uber driver commented on how bad the area was, saying it felt like a ghetto. Getting the €100 deposit back required sending countless messages. While we were staying there, the host ignored all calls and messages, but suddenly reappeared after we left. They stalled for a while, and when we finally became firm, they started behaving rudely before eventually returning the deposit. Even animals wouldn’t live in a place like this. What was offered is nothing short of an insult. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star — if I could, I would give it a negative rating.

Beds were very small. Sometimes i felt that area is not completely safe. Bath towel provided were too used and very hard material.

The place was spacious. You have what you need in terms of cooking utensils and towels and linens. WiFi worked well. Although the neighborhood looked sketchy, it was perfectly safe. Plenty of shops for all your needs nearby.

Lots of tangles of cords everywhere, including in the bathroom where a speaker seemed connected to nothing. The place was freezing and the only working heaters were space heaters. We got the sleeping areas and kitchen warmed up but the floors, hallway and bathrooms were like ice. It was dirty. I don’t mind a dilapidated old house with character in a gritty neighborhood - but it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Dirt and hair in the corners of every room, masking tape on wall next to bed with hair stuck on it, dirty rag and cleaning gloves laying out in kitchen, dusting mop on top of serving plates, black mold in entryway and bathroom, peeling paint everywhere, etc. It was gross, and not part of the 1930s “character”. Peeling paint is a hazard. It didn’t look like the photos. 1 of the “2 bedrooms” was a bed separated from the living room by a thin curtain. Sea of garbage in yard next to the house.

Apartment was spacious, comfortable and the host, Oumar was very friendly and helpful. Locals were helpful - a group of young men outside were friendly and courteous and wished us a nice stay. Convenient location. Kitchen facilities were excellent - lovely oven and colourful kettle!

Main heating did not work - had to rely on electrical heaters, although Oumar did say he would fix this for the future.

Très insalubre, vetustes, la lingerie ainsi que les serviettes dans un état piteux ; Impossible à utiliser. Les ustensiles sont vieux et font peur au vue de leur état. Les murs sont défraîchi et pire encore. Le lieu sent le renfermé, il y fait une chaleur insupportable. Pire encore le jour de notre arrivée, il demande une caution de 100 € pour accéder au logement. Nonobstant mais 3 appels quand j'y était, il ne m'a pas du tout rappelé. Booking.com devrait supprimer cet appartement car c'est une vrai arnaque.

A fuir, l’emplacement des mec qui fume qui boivent en bas de la maison un terrain de trafic … La maison est relativement propre mais très mal agencée De plus il n’y a pas de serviettes fournies ni tapis de bain …… bref c’est un bon logement pour dépanner mais il ne vaut pas son prix

Accès au centre assez simple

HYGIÈNE DÉPLORABLE, poussière de partout, frigo sale, draps sale provoquant une sensation de démangeaison, salle de bain n’en parlons même pas, vous y sortez plus sale que vous y êtes rentré.
