It’s comfortable, easy location and clean.
The doorman should be more present to help control the house when the occupants are going out, as everyone can see that the guest are not at the property.

The property is good, cleaned and organized, and the worker is very practical, helpful and attentive, he is excellent worker (5 stars to him).
1. I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioner didn’t worked.
2. In the page here, they didn’t say that is prohibited to smoke inside of the house;
3. That the yard is shared with the owner and his family;
4. The fact that the owner was all the time ask to reduce the sound of the music, justifying that louder music need to be put while a person throw a party and need to inform the neighbors (while the houses are little distant from each other).
