Lokalizacja była dla mnie idealna - blisko centrum miasteczka, a zarazem cicha, spokojna okolica. Bardzo ładnie urządzony apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Można było także poczytać historyczne ciekawostki o kolei dusznickiej.

Obiekt bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niemal wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty są na miejscu. W środku czysto i dość przestronnie, cicha i spokojna okolica pozwala na znalezienie wyciszenia (blisko centrum, ale lekko na uboczu). Parking na dziedzińcu jest mały, ale zawsze było miejsce do zaparkowania. Jako baza wypadowa w okoliczne pasma górskie obiekt sprawdził się doskonale.
Słabe ciśnienie wody (zwłaszcza w prysznicu) oraz twarde i skrzypiące łóżko
