The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and very dangerous stairs. Parking in the area is very problematic, and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The bathroom is also problematic, with a hot water heater directly overhead

Terrible mattress. It’s a full out Murphy bed with a 8 inch thick mattress.
