Erfad Hotel - Riyadh

Location. That was the main reason I choose this Hotel. The room was very spacious; the bed was comfy. The living room area was a bonus. The Wi-Fi was good enough, and the Smart TV was modem and with AIR PLAY feature, which allowed me to mirror and stream movies directly from my iPad. The amenities were top. There was everything I needed. There was a kettle with complimentary coffee, tea and water. And available to purchase there were chocolates and beverages on the fridge and salty snacks on the living room. I liked that there were a bathrobe and slippers available. The Staff were all amazing, I arrived 1 hour early and was allowed to check-in early, but I also check-out 2 hours early. Overall, I am very satisfied and will recommend this hotel for family and friends.

Breakfast. There were not enough options for non-Arab people. Not many options of bread and fillings for a sandwich. My minimum idea of breakfast is black coffee, a sandwich with hot cheese, a side of creamy scrambled eggs and cake. There were no scrambled eggs, only boiled, no cream cheese, or spread cheese. The cake was bland and dry. There was no sandwich maker to heat the sandwich and melt the cheese. I only had a cup of coffee, one croissant, 2 slices of dry toast bread with some cold slices of cheese.

Very strategic location with professional staff and excellent facilities amazing rooms with good prices deserves a 5 star

Loved everything

The cleanliness of the hotel and spacious rooms , Staff was helpful specifically the front disk receptionist after I arrived 1 am he was very supportive and finished check in quickly . Location is near airport and boulevard riyadh .

No facilities gym ,no supermarket near by , most of pahramacies , cafe and restaurants you have to use the metro gate and pay 4 riyal to pass other side or you will walk for nearly 1 km !!! , Room mattress was hard not comfortable or soft it was not good sleep for me , rooms without view !!! Value for money paid is not fair enough Many other better options in downtown.

Clean and good value.

The breakfast is miserable with terrible coffee. The pastries were stale.
