4BNB - Serpenti Delightful Apartment

Perfect location, lovely and clean and had everything you needed for a short break. It had the most loveliest restaurants outside the apartment and looking down the street to see the colosseum was just magical.

Only down side we had faults with the electrics while we were there and couldn’t get one side of apartment to work for charges and iron but managed to find plugs that did work and the team were helpful to find a solution. And the transfer service was €37 more than a normal taxi so I’d advise just getting a taxi direct from airport.

Przestronność, apartament wygodny, jedynie łazienka niezbyt duża ale to szczegół. 3. Łatwość zameldowania/checkout, po przyjeździe, czekał na nas gospodarz, wszystko wyjaśnił, zostawił klucze a przy wyjeździe po prostu odwiesiliśmy klucz na haczyk i wyszliśmy.

Mało istotne, ale brakowało suszarki do włosów. Poza tym, apartament w pełni wyposażony.

What a wonderful and welcoming stay we had at the apartment. There is something truly magical about stepping out of your door and seeing the Colosseum. And after a wonderful day exploring the city, coming back in the evening to have the Colosseum “say goodnight” as you step through the doorway made every moment feel special. The apartment was perfectly located — just a short walk to the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, and the gardens of the Quirinal Palace whenever the kids needed some space to run around. Our hosts were thoughtful and communicated with us every step of the way. They were always approachable and checked in on us, although we hardly needed anything because they had already thought of everything — even hotel-like touches such as soaps and shampoos. Just a big wow! Another absolute highlight was the apartment itself: all the appliances were new and everything worked perfectly. I was especially grateful for the washing machine, as the kids practically lived in their Roman gladiator outfits and I could quickly wash them at night ready for the next day. It was such a luxury not to hand wash anything, but simply load the excellent dishwasher and wake up to a wonderful Nespresso coffee in the morning. The WiFi and internet connection were also excellent — fast, stable, and completely reliable. If you need to work remotely or join Teams meetings during your stay, you will have absolutely no problem doing so. There were plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets — you name it, it was already provided. The beds were super comfortable, and even the sofa bed had a proper mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep so we could fully enjoy our explorations of this fantastic city. We threw our coins into the Trevi Fountain, so hopefully we will return — and when we do, we sincerely hope this apartment will be available again. Thank you for such a memorable stay! El ultimo día se cortó el suministro de agua por aproximadamente 14 horas, desde 8 p.m. a 10:00 a.m. hora del check out. No pudimos asearnos...la comunicación con el host pésima. No se solucionó nunca.
