For us Villa Echium T2 was in a great location & the accommodation was perfect. The pond in the garden attracts frogs & birds with some fish in residence.

Schöne Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb von Funchal. Die Residenz liegt ruhig mit eigenem Garten, jedoch jeweils nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt von Einkauf- und Essmöglichkeiten.
Man hat zwar einen Parkplatz, wenn jedoch das andere Stockwerk auch vermietet ist, muss man sich mit dem Fahrzeug koordinieren, da jeweils nur ein Fahrzeug am Eingangstor vorbei kann

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Zimmer und Optik ist gut schöner Garten, große schattenspendende Bäume, kleinen Teich.
Die Dusche ist undicht und die Küche könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen. Bitte dann auch mit einer Spülmaschine. Der Grill ist nicht benutzbar.

Nice house in a almost calm environment (except the dog of a neighbour barking two third of the day!!!). Very clean, fully equiped. Idealy located to visit east of Madeira and Funchal (15 minutes driving)
Did not pick up that the house is splitted in 2 appartment and as a result garden and parking should be shared and managed with the other occupants
