Location was excellent
did not manage to control heating - often too hot , opened windows - but lots of noise due to proximity Chamonix centre
WiFi def needs improving as 4G single was also very poor @ apartment location

We were very close to bakery and food stores so it was very easy self-cater. However there were many good restaurants nearby as well. The location was excellent for taking the cable car to the different vantage points in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley. We didn't have our own car but were able to walk everywhere.
We took the bus into Chamonix from Geneva and then met with a representative who took our large bags for us. It was quite busy at the bus stop and we needed to phone her a few times to meet up and then find to the apartment. Unfortunately there was a major event on that week (the Ultra Trail) which we were not aware of. This resulted in the town being very busy but we were still able to see everything as we had planned.
