Comunicación perfecta con el anfitrión. Se agradece el detalle con cápsulas de café, galletas, botella de agua, polvorones, etc. El piso está muy bien acondicionado y tiene reformas recientes (baño, puertas o cocina por ejemplo). La zona es tranquila y se aparca casi en la misma puerta. Nosotros cogíamos luego el coche para movernos por Linares dadas que en estas fechas hacía frío e íbamos con dos niños pequeños, pero con buena temperatura se puede ir caminando al centro en 15-20 minutos. Un punto de mejora sería poner otro aparato de frío-calor en el saloncito que está pegado a la cocina. Es un sitio a tener en cuenta cuando baje a Linares en otra ocasión.

La casa es perfecta por el precio/dia. Es un alojamiento en un edificio sin lujos y antiguo, pero es un primero, así que no hay que subir mucho, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una larga estancia, muy muy confortable
