The use of a kitchen.

It was close to all amenities, it was quiet, bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. We had the whole place to ourselves.
The window ledges had bugs all over them, the ledge behind the lounge and the lamp stand was dusty. Just needs a bit of a better clean

Good position to town. Pleasant surroundings. Reasonably spacious.
Not keen on shared bathroom arrangement. Could easily lock other room out. One of the locks was broken as I guess someone needed to get in but it was locked from the inside.
Door locks were fiddly and difficult to work.
Breakfast was rather basic. Toast but no butter for instance.

Location, affordable pricing, simple continental type self serving brekky, great value for the price, security access using key code was great, Wifi was good also
