The apartment provides very comfortable staying, better than the photos show. Powerful air conditioner, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, shower water temperature stable and 24 hours, safe streets in the center of the city, supermarket five minutes walking away, fresh bakery right across the building, major sightseeing 4-15 minutes walk away, buses and Monovia to every where 2-4 minutes walking. Host Bruno is easy to communicate, eager to help, Washington is diligent to meet needs. We simply could not ask for more. Thank for the host’s excellent work!
Streets could be noisy sometimes, but night is always quiet for sleeping. We stay seven days, and did not go out for nights, can’t be sure about the safety.

Good area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and many others good places.
Bruno the owner was always in contact with us for whatever we need, he was an excellent host
Cars can not stop in front of the building, but it is not a big deal.
