Room and bathroom were clean.
Staff was good.
There were no basic facilities like electric water kettle.
Room was too too small for family. It can hardly accomodate 2 people.
When asked staff to bring hot water, they brought water in glass. They said they do not have water jar also. Single towel was provided even when room was booked for 2 people.
They denied breakfast to me even when I had booked the room with including breakfast. Booking.com site showed breakfast included, but they denied.
No lunch and dinner facility.
