We loved being situated outside of but within a decent walking distance from the busier and more crowded tourist areas yet also right next to Clearwater Adventures dive shop and several awesome restaurants. The screened-in porch, mini-split A/Cs and ample
fans, well-equipped kitchen, and general beautiful interior, were also essential to our great experience there. We had an unexpected travel delay and the staff were very responsive and helpful.
The price is very fair for what you get when you compare with the resort costs, but be advised that overall lodging and electric on the island are very costly.
