A very spacious property and comfortable Kitchen well equipped. We were couples and loved the seating area. If you were two families and the children wanted to watch TV the snug area is great. All very well thought out.

The property was really spacious and a great place for the 6 of us to spread out and share on a multi-generational family holiday. It was very well looked after, clean and had everything we needed for our short break. Communication was good and the check in was easy. A welcome pack and some milk after a late arrival due to an interesting road diversion was very appreciated. The heating was preset and kept the place cosy. The WiFi was great and coped with teens logging in multiple devices! It felt very private, though we did visit when the rest of the site was shut. We had a relaxing few days and I would definitely recommend this place for groups.
The location was good as it was quiet. Do bear in mind that whilst it is possible to walk into Lyme Regis, this is a really hilly location, so be prepared!
