Molokai Villas Riverside 7A

I like the property the deck was huge. They were roomie and was good for the amount of people we had. The staff were super friendly. They let us check in early. That was amazing.

First of all when I got there, both TVs were not working. I had to get maintenance . The smoke detector was beeping till 3 AM. We had change the battery out . But the holy staff was friend friendly. They need to change out the Roku stick they did work I didn’t like there was a lot of stairs. Also, I didn’t know there was construction work going on putting in a new patio net door.

Loved everything about the villa and the actual stay.

Did not like that I did not receive any valid instructions for the trip prior to 24 hours of check-in. I requested info 24hrs prior to check-in. Also, highly disliked that I called and emailed their customer service 24 to 48 hours prior to check in and got ZERO response. Left a voicemail for call back from their automated call system. No response. I did however get many MANY marketing emails with very vague/invalid personal contact information for 4 days prior to the stay. I checked my booking site info (All was correct). The day of, I finally began the receive texts from the property. When I expressed frustration they acted as if they did not know what I was referring to. I send them a scree shot of their emails. I do not prefer to travel without the uncertainty that my paid for in advance booking is not valid and I have ZERO information to start with. This is why I book.

This place was very clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect!! I would definitely stay there again!!
