Molokai Villas Riverside 7A

Loved everything about the villa and the actual stay.

Did not like that I did not receive any valid instructions for the trip prior to 24 hours of check-in. I requested info 24hrs prior to check-in. Also, highly disliked that I called and emailed their customer service 24 to 48 hours prior to check in and got ZERO response. Left a voicemail for call back from their automated call system. No response. I did however get many MANY marketing emails with very vague/invalid personal contact information for 4 days prior to the stay. I checked my booking site info (All was correct). The day of, I finally began the receive texts from the property. When I expressed frustration they acted as if they did not know what I was referring to. I send them a scree shot of their emails. I do not prefer to travel without the uncertainty that my paid for in advance booking is not valid and I have ZERO information to start with. This is why I book.

This place was very clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect!! I would definitely stay there again!!
