Posizione ottima…adiacente alla cattedrale e raggiungibile in taxi

Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura più volte ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Mancavano i teli x tutti gli ospiti dell’appartamento e c’era 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica con 2 bagni.

Más allá de lo increíble que es el lugar. Fueron súper serviciales frente a un inconveniente. Y fueron más allá frente a un pedido por fuera de lo ofrecido. Hicieron que mi estadía fuera. Perfecto. Súper recomiendo

The location and view were the only plus of booking this place.

I, by all means, am no picky or fancy traveler, but this place was just DIRTY. Hair and dust in the bathroom, in corners, fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets and doors, dirty bathroom mat, there was hair everywhere. Ants in the kitchen and in the kettle I had been using. The building had maintenance works with bad odour at the entrance and noisy drilling mornings and afternoons, so if you plan to sleep in forget about it (obviously I was not made aware). The water pressure was so low to make almost impossible washing hair, and if you flushed the toilet and opened the tap straight afterwards there was almost no water at all. If this wasn't bad enough, the toilet sink was also not draining properly, so by day 4 got very dirty. The staff deems to be contactable via WhatsApp but nobody actually replies. Nor via the booking chat. Quite disappointing the lack of assistance from Booking customer service itself as well. Overall I wouldn't book there again
