Beaver Creek luxury condo in St. James Place

Notice: St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. The second master bedroom has king bed with a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed and a hallway bathroom with a shower.
