Ski-In Condo at Mountain Green Resort on Killington Mountain

This three bedroom, two bathroom condo is located just steps to Killington Mountain in the main building at Mountain Green Resort. The location cannot be beat and you'll have all the amenities you could need including shuttle to the mountain, parking, cable, WiFi, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, shops, restaurant, golf, skiing and more. (See seasonal schedule below.) Our condo is the perfect place to start your Killington vacation!

Our large condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors with sleeping for up to ten guests (2 in the master bedroom queen, 3-4 in the second bedroom with full/full bunk and twin bed, 3-4 in the third bedroom with full/full bunk and twin bed, plus two on the living room sofa bed). You'll have plenty of space with lots of room to spread out and enjoy the mountain views from the living room and bedrooms.

You cannot beat the location of Mountain Green Resort! Just steps to Killington Mountain, you can take the free shuttle in the winter or make the 5 minute walk. We're also walking distance to the Killington golf course. You'll also be on the main access road in Killington and close to all the bars, shops and restaurants.

• The gym is open every day. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open on weekends only through Thanksgiving. All indoor amenities will be open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.
• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation.
• The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water.
• Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational and not listed as an available amenity for guests.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
