Tolle Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten. Ausreichend Schrank-/Regalfläche. Sehr ruhig. Großer Balkon. Bad und WC separat. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
Falls man selber kochen möchte: die Küchenzeile ist recht klein. Es gibt keinen Herd/Ofen (stattdessen aber einen Elektrotopf) und auch das Spülbecken ist klein. Für uns war es gar kein Problem, da wir eh auswärts in den vielen ausgezeichneten Gastronomien vor Ort gegessen haben.

Sehr moderne, neue Wohnung im Villenviertel von Wien. Ruhig gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Direkt an den Weinbergen und mit Blick in den Garten haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen und wurden morgens immer vom Eichhörnchen begrüßt, das in der großen Kiefer gegenüber wohnt. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 30 Minuten mitten in Wien - die perfekte Anbindung, während das Auto auf dem Hausgrundstück stehenbleiben kann. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Fewo und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für das schöne Zuhause auf Zeit.
