+ Perfect agreement with the owner
+ By agreement, the possibility of accommodation from the morning and we were not forced to carry our luggage around the destination all day
+ 5 minutes by foot from railway station and town and local traffic and cca 15-20 minutes to port and tourist attractions by the sea, navy and sea fauna
