Collecting the keys was a bit of an issue due to the Vooking.com application, the owner/operator could not processes the payment received from Booking.com and reached out to me personally for my credit card number. I needed to call Booking.com to verify this was a Legitimate request. Only after they answered me did I pass along the information though a 3rd party application and outside of booking.com. I was able to book this location within 2 hours of arriving after my prior booking.com booking also could not open and process the payment they Recive from Booking.com for a booking I made 9 months earlier. The booking.com application has a lot of problems and cause us a lot of angst. Be careful when using booking.com.
