Beautiful beach atmosphere, comfortable resort area. There is a beautiful clean swimming pool.
Need to upgrade the room situation in terms of equipment and cleanliness.

Near restaurant,shop.
Rental fee is very cheap.
Some items in the apartment need to be replaced. The sofa is a bit shabby. Some of the furniture is already torn. The curtains need to be replaced. The windows need to be repaired. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more. But this apartment is quite interesting because it faces the sea and has a large swimming pool. And the rent is quite cheap.
