The property has a great location very close to the park and very close to the metro station. It took me 5 minutes to get to the apartment from the Italia61 Metro Station. The Check-in process is fully automated and the information provided was clear and easy to follow. The host was available via whatsapp and answering promtly with usefull information. Great location if you are traveling for work or vacation. If I will ever find myself in Torino again I will pick the same location.

Je ne recommande ça - logement très sale

Appartement dans un état de saleté inacceptable à l’arrivée. Présence de moisissures dans la salle de bain, bac de douche bouché et sèche-cheveux très sale. Dans la cuisine, évier sale, robinet instable et fuyant, entouré d’une serpillère, et restes des précédents occupants laissés sur place : bouteille entamée dans le réfrigérateur et sacs plastiques contenant des achats dans les tiroirs. Les draps étaient très tachés et ne donnaient clairement pas l’impression d’avoir été lavés (sans pouvoir le confirmer). Aucune bouilloire fournie. Le balcon était extrêmement sale, avec un seau contenant de l’eau sale stagnante. L’ensemble montre que les règles d’hygiène ne sont pas respectées et que les risques pour la santé, notamment liés à la présence de moisissures, sont réels. Seul point positif : l’hôte est réactif dans les échanges, mais cela ne compense absolument pas l’état général de l’appartement.

Posizione strategica vicino alla metropolitana. Nell'appartamento presenti numerosi confort( lavatrice, microonde....).

Dormito nella sporcizia!

Mi trovavo a Torino in occasione della fiera del libro ed ho pernottato nell'appartamento per una notte, essendo molto vicino alla zona d'interesse. Non sono una persona particolarmente pretenziosa, ma avendo pagato il soggiorno 200€, mi aspettavo quanto meno di trovare l'appartamento pulito. Appena entrata nell'appartamento mi sono subito resa conto della scarsa pulizia: manate sugli specchi, polvere sopra e sotto i mobili, tavolo con macchie (facilmente eliminabili con una passata di spugna), briciole su piano cottura e di lavoro, lavandino pieno di calcare e cibo, pavimenti con capelli ed impronte di scarpe, lenzuola non stirate, federe bucate, bidet, doccia, specchio e lavandino sporchi. Per il prezzo pagato, ma a prescindere da questo SCONSIGLIATO AL 100%!!
