Nice room And friendly staff Great food !!!

Lots of rooms/huts looking in on each other

The dorm rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds and good air con. The shared showers and toilets were fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made me feel welcomed. The restaurant was nice with plenty of space and the food was nice and well priced for a resort. It was nice to have a swimming pool to cool off at the end of the day exploring. There is a cheeky little monkey that visits, he was no bother and good fun to watch. Pretty flowers are all around the grounds. The location is good for a 20 min walk to the orangutans and sunbears and about 15 to the rainforest discovery center. Overall I am very happy to have booked this place for my stay in Sepilok and would recommend it. I didn't see inside the private rooms but they looked super nice, little wooden bungalows with terraces.

A little reading light would be nice on the bunk beds, something small, I just used my head torch.

Swimming pool is a big bonus and life saver Room was huge and clean. All place look like Hobbiton :) 1.2 km to Sepilok Orangutan Orphanage.

No AC in reception/ dining area. There are fans but they do high that they nearly give no air movement.

The staff were friendly and the lobby area is beautiful The bed was comfortable and the AC worked

The price was too high for no hot water, no WiFi, dirty (bloodstained?) curtains falling off the rods, no water bottles in the rooms
