ROMA IS ALWAYS a GOOD IDEA

L’appartamento era molto bello e accogliente, pulito e aveva il necessario. L’aria condizionata perfetta, soprattutto per i giorni in cui siamo stati che erano caldissimi. L’host è stato gentilissimo, ha sempre risposto a tutte le mie domande, una mattina l’ho dovuto chiamare per un problema temporaneo con l’acqua calda e ha risposto subito ed è stato gentilissimo. Il giorno del check out ci ha dato la possibilità di rimanere per un’altra oretta in casa in attesa di poter prendere il treno.

I lived in Italy for 16 years and during that time five years in Rome. I know the city well. This is a great property, expertly maintained with an owner who is very responsive to questions. The entry process is easy as Fabrizio sends you a code and you can get into the apartment easily. It is very conveniently located next to a lovely open market where you can shop for delicious fresh fruit and vegetables (among other things) and there is an ice cream parlor just next door as are also Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, and several other restaurants. There is even a very nice sit down lunch place that had very good pasta and other dishes available. The chocolate store pretty much just across the street is wonderful. There is a bus that passes two minutes away on Via di Bocca that goes all the way to the Vatican and the metro line A is less than five minutes away that takes you all the way to the main train station passing the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, and several other main sites. The apartment itself is very well laid out with a lovely living room/kitchen area with a beautiful bedroom with a large and VERY nice shower incorporated. A separate bathroom is adjacent to the shower. I have zero complaints or concerns about this property. Even if your visit is to see the main sites, with the ease of public transportation you can easily get there. I stayed a total of ten days for the wedding of a friend and it was awesome. I highly recommend this property: clean, comfortable, everything works, with a helpful and responsive owner. You can't go wrong when it comes to Rome.

Honestly I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like. I would willingly stay here again tomorrow!

poca privacy per la doccia ma non è un gran problema se si è tra amici o con il partner

The property was generally clean and the space was adequate.

We specifically searched for properties with parking and chose this one because it advertised a private garage. However, when we spoke with the host, we were told there was no parking available and that we should find parking elsewhere. Traveling with a baby made it very difficult to look for alternatives, so we had no choice but to accept. The parking suggested by the host was full, and after a long and frustrating search, we eventually found a paid parking spot nearby.
