Location and size of the apartment.
Cigarette smell was still strong despite housekeeping. Need to use air freshener to counter the smell.

Perfect location. Furniture, kitchen equipment are all new and everything is as in the pictures. An excellent picturesque harbor view from the apartment Very responsive host and team.
