La recepción me dejaron 90 min en la sala espera Ya que no tenían el sistema reflejado mi reservación y pago x parte booking Fue desagradable la espera y rápida solución por parte de la recepción y administración del hotel .

I loved the location with the store outside that’s usually open 24 hours. I loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. Traffic at night to the Centro was great! Not the usual 30-40 mins during the day. The view was beautiful. We also enjoyed the staff downstairs. Security and the reception were so nice and accommodating to our needs. I also loved the coffee shop! It was fairly warm in CDMX for the season, but the fans helped greatly.
There was an unfortunate burst in a hose in the bathroom, BUT the staff were able to control the issue before anything major occurred. They also laundered clothes that were in the bathroom. So unfortunate since it ruined the plans for the day to come back, but the property manager and staff helped us quickly and contacted us promptly.

Construction next to my door very loud, when I get to the apartment that day, they don't took the trash out both trash cans were full of trash
