Lovely location on close walking distance to several large shopping centers. The area is safe enough to walk, but if you want to take an uber that is easy too. It was also safe to wait for an uber on the street outside so going into the city was easy. The street outside has very little traffic. The parking was safe and behind a locked gate. The entire apartment block seemed to be short-term rentals and many did not come with vehicles so most of the parking was empty. The washing machine was really nice and there was space to hang dry clothes.

The hot water heater didn't work very well, and it was located outside the apartment. Sometimes, the hot water would stop working half way through a shower because the heater stopped heating. To fix it you had to toggle the settings on the heater, which was outside the apartment in the hallway. Getting a hot shower became a two people job... The vents above the balcony windows did not have mosquito nets, so even when the doors were closed the mosquitos got inside.

Un apartamento limpio, seguro y con muy buena ubicación.

Creo que para cuatro personas es pequeño, además había un solo ventilador y en la noche se sentía calor. Se debería contemplar otro ventilador.
