Moyle Lodge

Perfect for our short visit. Half a mile from Rally Control, and plenty of room to manoeuvre the van and trailer for parking. Even better there were Tunnocks Teacakes on arrival! Handy for the Solway Coast routes and close to Dalbeattie for shopping and eating/drinking out. Would book again.

Couldnt recommend this lodge more. From the moment we arrived to this beautiful property we were met with serene surroundings, a welcome gift basket & the cosiest cleanest winter lodge youve ever seen! The hosts have literally thought of everything & even provided poo bags, dog leads & treats for your furry friends. The property itself is the most relaxing getaway if your looking for somewhere to wind down. Theres a gorgeous forest 5 mins walk up the road & a charming little town 5 mins away with pubs, shops & resteraunts so no need to venture out far if you dont want to. The site is well hidden with only 4 other lodges surrounding & a host of wildlife awaiting outside your door day & night. Friendly neighbours & the town folk are so helpful/welcoming. 10/10 recommendation from me

Nothing to not like. This is a quiet getaway so if your after something lively you may need to venture further out. If you dont like to forget all your worries then dont come come here.

The accommodation was very comfortable, and lived up to expectaions. So much so, we had to hide the complimentary Tunnocks Tea Cakes from the kids....

Close proximity of the neighbours, and lack of privacy. Main lounge is void of natursl light, requiring household lighting.
