An amazing villa with views across Lake Garda and an experience we'll never forget.
My family and I loved Villa Sellemond and would return in a heartbeat! The accommodation, pool and facilities were amazing.
The location may not be suitable for everyone. It's about a 20-25 minute walk into Lazise, but me, my grandparents and my kids walked it every day...sometimes twice!

-sauberkeit ( Küche und Sauna waren schmutzig ) - ameisen im Flur - weingläser aus Plastik - zu wenig Besteck und Gläser - generell Küchenaustattung sehr schwach

Eigentlich TOP Haus, aber vieles müsste für den Preis mal erneuert oder repariert werden
Die Lage ist TOP und der Service vor Anreise auch super. Die Villa bietet viel Platz und im Sommer mit Pool auch gute Erholung. Man fühlt sich durch den Zaun und der Alarmanlage gut geschützt und der Parkplatz ist super.
Teilweise entspricht der Zustand und die Ausstattung nicht dem gehobenen Preis. Die Küchenstühle sind super unbequem, Der Backofen müsste gereinigt werden, eines der Betten ist zusammengebrochen, für Klimaanlage und Heizung gibt es keinerlei Anleitungen, der Pool war nicht sauber und eine Abdeckung wäre gut, die kompletten Lichtschalter müssten mal erneuert werden, Pineingabe für das Tor bekommt man eine gewischt, viele Lampen defekt. Für den Preis müsste das Haus in einem besseren Zustand sein!

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus.
Die Lage mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick, großen Garten inmitten von Olivenhainen… Die Sauna im Garten und der große Pool waren sogar Ende Oktober offen. Die schöne Küche und die sonnige Terasse haben uns das Gefühl gegeben im warmen Süden zu sein. Schöne Badezimmer , gute Matratzen in den 3 unteren Schlafzimmern.
Die Bratpfannen müssten mal durch neue ersetzt werden. Die Badezimmertür schleift so schlimm, dass man sie kaum zu bekommt und das schöne Parkett kaputt geht. Es gab nur typische italienische Bettlaken. Eine Decke pro Doppelbett. Da wären 2 dünne Einziehdecken pro Doppelbett echt klasse.
