Fabulous place for large family in Lauterbrunnen
Love the covered patio with view of the falls. Great beds and well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Great hot water for showers! Fabulous place!
The front door wouldn’t stay close unless locked. No window coverings on master bedroom. A few too many “must do’s”. We travel a lot and lodge in homes. Too many written detailed over strict rules dampens the joy on the journey - especially when you are paying prime fee and are good tenants.

VERY VERY BAD COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE
When we arrived at the property, we were shocked to find very heavy construction going on right in front of the house. There was absolutely no proper way to reach the entrance. It was nearly impossible to even walk to the front door, let alone bring in our luggage. This was never mentioned in the listing, and it completely caught us off guard. When I tried to call the property staff for help, I was told they were closed for the day and couldn’t assist us. I kept calling and waiting, and it took over 2–3 hours before I was finally able to get hold of someone. By that time, the situation had already caused a lot of frustration and stress. To access the house, I had to park far away and then take a long walk around the area just to get close. Even then, it was extremely difficult to reach the entrance due to the blocked and uneven paths. For elderly members of our group, it was simply impossible to make the walk. It made the start of our vacation extremely unpleasant and exhausting. This kind of inconvenience should have been clearly communicated on the listing. I do not recommend this property at all, especially for families or older travelers. The entire experience was disappointing and far from what we expected. Booking.com should take action to ensure accurate and honest descriptions of properties to prevent this kind of misleading and frustrating experience for others.

Lovely and memorable stay.
Beautiful location. The property is located in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. Perfect location with view of the waterfall and the valley. Me and my family stayed there for 4 days and it was the best stay we experienced in Switzerland.
