Molt espai, molt net, molt ben equipat, còmode i bonic.

Ubicació. És cert que el metro està a prop i l’estació central a uns 20 minuts caminant, però la resta de llocs a visitar de Milà cauen bastant lluny.

Beautiful building in a fantastic location. Within walking distance of Milan train station and close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed , the bed was comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Anna kindly greeted us.

The washing machine had a tricky lock but we googled the brand and problem solved. The balcony door was not in service while we were there but the management had made plans to have it fixed. We were too busy enjoying Milano to worry about it.

The location is very convenient. Anna met us at 10:30pm to let us in and quickly taught us how to use the app to entrance doors which was a bonus since it allowed efficient entering (esp safe late at night) and the apartment got everything (a kettle and microwave would be perfect), including the washing machine---we got to wash our sleep clothes quick mid-way in our vacation. All basic soaps and handwashing, dish liquid provided for. Lots of towels for each of us 3. They also allow us to store our luggage in nearby hotel so we can explore Milan half day more. Very nice people.

The shower water swings fr cold and hot randomly making it uncomfortable to shower after a long day of travel with lack of hot water. The property is nicely redone to be up-to-date but I think whoever did their renovations did a bad job with the leaking shower door. It will only damage the floor and walls costing a lot to repair soon.

Posizione ottima, appartamento pratico ed essenziale nei servizi. Cucina attrezzata funzionale e bagno ampio.

Bisognerebbe fare delle migliorie in bagno che non è il massimo (muffa nera sul silicone della doccia e del lavandino, battiscopa staccati e sporchi). Diciamo che la pulizia andrebbe rivista. Ma è una mia opinione . Manca un tavolo da pranzo vero e proprio.
