    I wanted to be away from the tourists area. This is more the college area. It's on a street that is mostly computer related stores. But once you start taking the cut through streets, and paying attention to the little restaurants crammed between here and there is really awesome. There is a great coffee shop right at the street. This hotel is down a alley, it looks sketchy from the road for rhe first timer. Dont be scared, it opens up into a beautiful clean little alley. The pictures are recent and correct. You get a better room if you book directly. And you just cant beat the price. The staff is super super nice. Everyone smiles. It's a great place. If you want to be in old town, take a 2 dollar taxi. I am pleased with the place and felt safe, secure, and comfortable. I see some reviews about mold and cant figure the hot water...yes this is Vietnam, it is humid and hot, and there will be some mold, go pay 3100USD a month in Tay ho if you would like it to be like Europe or wherever. The hot water comes from the roof, i had to ask about it...once they explained its not instant on, it was perfectly fine and very hot. But if you want a good value in a cool area I'd recommend it....the view is great if you book directly. If not you may not have much of one. The street gets quiet at night, the ac works great. I liked it alot.

    Ks trong ngõ cực nhỏ, giương ô phải nghiêng. Ko có chỗ đỗ xe, gửi ô tô cách 400m. Phòng bẩn, mùi rất ghê
