Posizione comoda per spostarsi a piedi nel centro di Caserta, con tutti i confort necessari e bagno ristrutturato.
Stanza su piano strada dove si sente qualsiasi rumore proveniente da fuori. Pareti umide e presenza di chiazze di muffa… Rubinetto del lavabo del bagno troppo lungo e scomodo per lavarsi anche solo le mani senza bagnare a terra.

La vicinanza al centro ed il parcheggio in strada. Hanno tempestivamente sostituito il frigo guasto
Troppo rumore proveniente dalle macchine che passavano dalla strada, quando si fa la doccia molta acqua arriva sul pavimento
