I liked that it was super easy to locate and access the keys to the facility and accessible to all of our guests. The location was great for our downtown Knoxville event. We were close enough for a quick drive to downtown and the river, but had the country feel to the home. The beds were very comfortable. We liked that the home was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. We did not have time to enjoy the outside fire pit. If we find ourselves back this way, we will Definity come back
The only thing though would have made it better was a full bed instead of the bunks. but would be great for children.
