Art Loft # Design - Proche Croisette et Plages - Climatisation

L’emplacement idéal à proximité de la plage, voix de train présente mais aucune nuisance sonore, très calme heureusement. Joli design manque de lampe d’appoint spot trop présent au plafond et trop puissant, une atmosphère plus tamisée comme sur les photos auraient été appréciée ce qui n’a pas été le cas.

Manque de la vaisselle, verres seulement au nombre de 2 alors que nous étions 4, pas de blender ou mixeur, uniquement 2 poêles et 1 casserole, pas de planche à découper. Ni de plateau ou carafe.Enfin, table haute et chaises complètement inconfortable pas du tout adapté. La machine à laver bien que séchante ne fonctionne pas, malgré plusieurs essais infructueux. Pas assez de serviette de toilettes mise à disposition non plus un seul torchon et tapis de bain ainsi que 4 draps de bain uniquement, pas d’essuies mains dans les toilettes….. Enfin, pas de protège oreiller… Nous avons été envahi par les fourmis quotidiennement et le frigo givré énormément et ne produit pas suffisamment de froid à certains moments par alternance. Très belle salle de bain. Au vu du prix demandé, je trouve que niveau équipement c’est un peu juste….

Posizione strategica con facilità di parcheggio (nonostante fosse fine giugno) con presenza di locali per fare colazione che un minimo di spese e vicinanzza con spiaggia libera. 15 minuti a piedi dall'inizio della Croisette. La strada è risultata piuttosto silenziosa e poco trafficata. Spazi ampi ed ambiente pulito. Dotazioni cucina buone. Disponibilità host a distanza (sia whatsapp che chat di booking) anche a fornire extra cartigienica e prodotti bagno OK aria condizionata

Entrambe le stanze non sono dotate di porte. Una soluzione facile e pratica sarebbe di dotare all'interno di entrambe almeno delle tende (questo schermerebbe anche dalla luce che proviene dalla strada) oltre a fornire extra privacy agli occupanti. Non è stato possibile trovare l'interruttore delle tapparelle elettriche in comune alle due stanze. Contattato host ma impossibilità di mandare qualcuno (causa evento city wide). L'ingresso è su strada (forse era un negozio in precedenza) e l'unica chiusura è una porta. Consiglierei delle grate per fornire maggiore sicurezza agli occupanti (abbassare la serranda non mi sembra una corretta norma antincendio)

The best thing about the property was definitely the location. It’s very centrally located—just a short walk from the beach and close to everything in Cannes. We didn’t need the car at all, which was a big advantage considering the city’s traffic. The apartment itself was modern and tastefully decorated, with a nice open layout.

One evening, the entrance door broke and we couldn’t get back into the apartment. Although the host responded quickly and was very kind, it still caused some discomfort. Technicians had to come two days in a row to fix it, and we had to assist as well. Also, since the apartment is on the ground floor and has large street-facing windows, it felt a bit like staying in a shop rather than a private home. The kitchen was missing some basic utensils, which made cooking a bit difficult, and the air conditioning only worked in the kitchen—there was no functioning A/C in the hallway or bedrooms, which made the nights a bit warm.

Location was good it was modern.

Customer service and staff were not available as we requested for a kettle which was missing and they did not provide us hence we had to use cooking pans to boil water for tea. Floor was unclean when we arrived.
