Clean, great views, close to Bergerac, comfy beds, kitchen well equipped and good pool with hot tub.
Bunk bed room a little small for two, tricky if using lounge bed. WiFi slightly sporadic.

The breakfast was excellent, Daniel was incredibly informative and helpful. He responded to any questions we had promptly and nothing was too much.
The pool and jacuzzi were both clean and big, we spent a lot of time in the pool. Air conditioning was a bonus too.
The kitchen was well equipped.

The terrasse is on another level, for the view you cannot ask for more. Advantage for having the Bergerac and Bordeaux airport near. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for big groups of people. Last but not least we had Daniel the person who you can call/message if you have any problems or questions at anytime who is also very funny and very kind. ( he made me a song for my birthday. )

Fabulous villa in a beautiful spot.
Lovely pool with lots of loungers & sun umbrellas.
Barbecue.
Aircon.
Big, well equipped kitchen.
Comfortable beds.
Great cycling in all directions
Had a couple of issues with the boiler going out & the 1st BBQ not working properly - both rapidly resolved by Daniel, the man in charge of maintenance.
Not enough sofa space for all 8 of us to sit down together.
Note that the check in & out times on Booking.com are an hour different to the host's instructions
