Le pulizie non erano il massimo. C'erano le formiche nel bagno. Inoltre non mi è piaciuto lo mancata professionalità dello staff wanderfull Italia.

• Friendly, responsive staff who ultimately were flexible and waited despite a 30-min delay due to traffic • Cozy, well-equipped apartment
• Check-in process was stressful — hosts required an exact arrival time, which felt rigid for a traveler on vacation without a fixed schedule • Full cleaning expected upon checkout. And the trash bin outside was locked and there weren’t enough trash bags provided • Some wear and tear: shower cabin, hairdryer (partially broken), minor scratches on walls

É um apartamento em um bairro residencial, próximo ao Centro, Hospital Santa Orsola. Fica a 25 minutos a pé da via San Vitale.
Não tem aquecedor. Estive em janeiro na acomodação, e muitas vezes passei muito frio dentro do apartamento!

- Le condizioni della struttura lasciano molto a desiderare. - Host inesistente. C'è un contatto Whatsapp ma non è possibile parlare a voce con qualcuno. Siamo rimasti fuori casa senza chiavi dalle 11 di mattina e sono venuti ad aprirci alle 16.30.
