Live in Nature

This was an amazing location. There was plants and trees everywhere, it was extremely green and very well cared for. It is located in a valley beneath Darjeeling and took a little longer to get to but the hosts met me at the bus stop in Darjeeling and took me to a road near the property and then rode me on a bike to property. There is a trail on the property and it takes you to a river and it’s so peaceful. I sat on a rock and looked at the sky with water rushing next to me and it was beautiful. Hills for hiking are everywhere and you truly feel like you’re in heaven. The hosts are amazing people and go to every extent to make you feel welcome and well fed. They raise chickens on the property and grow all the food there. The family treated me better than my own family does 😁. They have two dogs who are so friendly and I wanted to take them with me when I left. They are some of the nicest people I’ve met. I can’t say enough about how amazing this experience was. I had no worries and no concerns about feeling safe and cared for. 10/10 for sure

Nothing …you must go there with the mindset to unplug from society which I did. No television or WiFi just beauty everywhere.

The thing which i love the most about this homestay is definitely the hospitality. This family makes me feel like i am home away from home, i really enjoyed spending time with this family. Their way of treating guests is so good, i assure you, that this is one of the best homestay experience you’ll ever experienced. This family makes sure that the guests needs and necessities are well attended and only give you the best accommodation plus accompany. Adding in, the nature, the calmness this place gives you, its phenomenal. For a nature lovers, and people who find peace in nature will definitely fall in love with this place.
