    Owner of the resort was very rude & he talks like he is prince of UAE. lot of insects were roaming inside the room. Jacuzzi was broken & the response from staff and owner was very bad. When complaint about the owner response was taken refund and go out of the resort. He don't know how to behave to a guest. Food was average. Breakfast was not served hot.

    The place is nice but could be maintained better. There were flies everywhere. The bathroom was badly lit. No place to hang clothes or keep the soap. The windows had not been cleaned. The restaurant was dark and not clean. The service was ok. The staff didnt really seem interested except maybe one or two. The kids had fun and enjoyed the pool. Mear the restauraunt. It is probably worth 4k definitely not 14k. It has a lot of potential though. It has been designed well.

    Pros ---- The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The washrooms are well-designed and particularly shower Area. The buffet breakfast is good, with a decent variety of options. The check-in and check-out process is simple and smooth. The swimming pool is very good and well-maintained. Parking facility is good and convenient. Cons ---- The In-house restaurant is not available for lunch and dinner. However, you can conveniently order food through Swiggy or Zomato. The resort is located around 4–5 km from Pondicherry white town, having your own vehicle or renting a vehicle is recommended if you choose to stay at this resort. Overall ------- A good resort with spacious rooms, a nice swimming pool, good breakfast, and convenient parking. However, the location and lack of an in-house lunch/dinner restaurant are worth considering before booking.

    We paid nearly *** per night for two adults and two kids. I convinced myself to pay this much just for the private pool. But later after visiting I come to know for the club category rooms private pools are not available. It's mentioned in the bottom, but the photographs of the club rooms shoes there is a private pool. I take the blame on myself, but put appropriate photos. It's misleading the guests. They have a good common pool but located 100 m away from the resort area. You can't use that often, you will mentally tired to prepare a go there. For 40 sqft club room with no additional matress ***rs is so high. Breakfast was good, but by 9.30 most of the items get over. Seriously the property is over priced and inhouse restaurant charges also on the higher side. I won't revisit, even won't recommend to anyone. You can look for some better beach side properties on the ECR for the similar or much lower price.
