Die Lage an sich war sehr ruhig trotz der nähe zum Zentrum.
Der Außenansicht war völlig unzureichend. Kein rasen gemäht oder Bäume und Hecken verschnitten. Unkraut auf den geweg zum haus auch mit Moos bedeckt. Die unterkunft an sich war liebevoll eingerichtet, dennoch sehr unsauber, spinnenweben und Staub waren nicht zu übersehen. Elektrogeräte sind teilweise sehr veraltet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren neu bestückt.
