Overall facility was as advertised.
Couple of “ very minor “ observations.
1. Cutlery could be upgraded ( normal knives not all steak knives
2. Hot water very sporadic ( typical for Mexico ) and we expect
3. Could use water cooler
4. Washer/Dryer would be helpful
We would Definitely stay here again, Ritchie was OUTSTANDING ! Returned texts immediately

This property needs updating and repairs. No doors on the ensuites- hanging beads if you can believe. Toilets seats broken, faucets loose and falling off, shower heads corroded and plugged, no stoppers in the sinks, extremely poor lighting in the bathrooms, very old and outdated kitchen equipment and tools. Major changes needed
