A dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, in‑unit washer and dryer, and a range of exercise equipment—including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, and yoga mat—keep daily routines simple.

The full kitchen is stocked with essentials: refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool electric stove, stainless‑steel oven, dishwasher, hot‑water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals wherever your group feels most comfortable.

Step outside to a private outdoor pool that is heated year‑round, alongside a private hot tub. Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least ONE WEEK before check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door.

The property was great for my family. It was clean and plenty of room for my crew. The themed rooms and game room kept everybody busy. The host was very responsive.

First off I loved the theme of the rooms. The pictures made it seem like the perfect fit for our Disney loving family. Problem is I think it’s been a great fit for many families and the house really needs some repairs. The game room had some major safety hazards that we were assured would be fixed by the time we checked in. They were not and my 1.5 yr old son immediately found the safety hazards. The property management company did call me the day after we checked in to see how everything was and sent someone out to replace the table tennis table which had metal sticking out. There were broken chairs which they said they would be back to fix the next day and weren’t back. There was flooring missing and even tile in the bathroom. Things I wouldn’t have expected needed to be repaired were there. Again I understand this house is probably very used by families. The pool and hot tub were nice to have to our selves and it got got quickly. The beds were comfortable. I don’t understand the limited trash bags and toilet paper. Especially for the price but thankfully Publix is close. The gate at times can be extremely congested with traffic. Weekends that gate is way backed up. There are definitely pros about this place but unfortunately the cons really dampened the experience. My recommendation is for the property management company to take a few days and get the repairs done on the home and the themed rooms and do a deep clean and this home will truly shine.
