All beds are queen-sized.
Private entrance on the ground floor. This unit has a letter "B" right next to the door.
We live nearby and are available for any help you may need but expect that everything will be seamless.
North Jax Beach is a lively area. Beach cruisers (beach bikes), surfers, runners, and beachgoers alike enjoy this area year-round. Extremely close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops - all fully open with safety precautions during COVID.

This was a great location for relaxing on the beach. The hosts were great and responded quickly to our questions. We appreciated the guidebook with suggestions for restaurants in the area. The location was just as advertised and we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the location was perfect for the beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach.
The communications between Nomad and myself was very reassuring and they always were prompt in answering any questions I had. I do have a couple of recommendations. Replace the windows, seals are broken and u can’t see out of them. Also the bath tub is very slippery.

Well designed condo, great location (walk to beaches & restaurants), well stocked and just a fun place to stay. It was a great base location for cycling as you can ride from the condo all the way south to St. Augustine or north to Amelia island (via ferry) safely.
