Wie immer: die Lage. :-) Wir waren bereits öfters dort, in verschiedenen Appartements. Schöner meerseitiger Ausblick / zum Hafen. Stellplatz direkt neben Aufzug, somit sehr kurze Wege mit dem Gepäck.
