Die Größe der Wohnung war optimal und besonders toll der zusätzliche Abstellraum. Die Betten sehr bequem. Der Abstellraum für Fahrräder und auch die Tiefgarage sehr komfortabel. Allerdings haben wir auch Punkte festgestellt, die nicht so toll sind. Die Mülltrennung könnte bereits in der Wohnung beginnen bzw. durch verschiedene Sammelsäcke unterstützt werden. Durch die Ausrichtung der Wohnung gegen Westen, heizte sich diese Nachmittags stark auf. Außenrollos könnten Abhilfe schaffen. Im Bad war manchmal starker Abwassergeruch über den Gully in der Dusche festzustellen. Ich vermute das liegt an einer mangelhaften Abwasserrohrentlüftung.
