Escape to our stunning 3BR, 2BA cabin, the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure. Sunnyside offers a serene setting with two spacious king bedrooms and a private balcony that boasts breathtaking views of the stars at night and the morning sunrise.
Breathe in the crisp pine-scented air while you unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or cozy up around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and share unforgettable stories with your friends & loved ones.

Sunnyside is owned and managed by two sisters, Lindsey & Lisa, who are excited to welcome you to our cabin and help you create unforgettable memories.
Nice to know:
- We use 100% cotton sheets and towels and provide ample bedding for your desired comfort
- Bath Linens, make-up towels and a hair dryer are provided
- There are blackout curtains in each bedroom so you can take naps and/or sleep in
- Boat Friendly - we are close to 259 and offer a circle drive for ease of access, the majority of the drive is on a blacktop road
-EV Charging Station on site, it is a 14-30 receptacle you can plug your car charger into - you will need to notate that you would like to use this service and we will send instructions in your welcome email
- Wifi - 1G, which makes working remote a breeze
- Our loft area will have barn doors for privacy
- If you are looking for a cabin that sleeps more than 6, we have another cabin across the street that sleeps 10 (Morning Glory - Vrbo 3059243). Message for more information.
Laundry:
We have a full laundry room on site, along with a hanging area for those items that need to air dry. Please take full advantage of this space and make yourselves at home.
Baby Items:
If you need to rent baby specific items during your stay, please contact Babies Getaway Broken Bow. They provide cribs, strollers, pack n' play, etc.
Kid Friendly:
We have a full set of plates, cups and utensils that are specifically for kids. The loft area has ample floor space for them to bring their favorite toys or play with the games provided. They will love the outdoor playset and ropes course!
Pet Policy:
Dogs only, must be 50 lbs or less, on flea and tick prevention and kept crated when left alone. Limit of 2. Please pick up poop in the yard and bring a leash for walking.
The Neighborhood:
We are within walking distance to Sasquatch's Candy Den (0.4 miles) and the “soon to be” outdoor movie theater. If you are looking for a quick burger on the go, you must order takeout from The Eat Out. If you have time to eat there, please do, you will love the atmosphere.

We had the BEST time!! We were there during an ice storm and Lindsey was so accommodating and made sure we were safe! The house was perfect for a cozy weekend, we will definitely be back!!

Hands down the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had! Excellent communication and beautiful home! The welcome goody bag added such a personal touch. I would love to stay here again!

This was a great cabin with lots of amenities for kids and adults. We will definitely be back

The property was beautiful. It is surrounded by other cabins but the back deck and back yard feels private. It is close to everything but easy to get in and out to highway. Our kids loved the kids room with bunk beds and games. We loved the fire pit and backyard area. The place had everything we needed to grill one night and make SMores in the fire pit. The host was quick to respond.
