We stayed here for a business retreat. It is a fantastic location. About 15 minutes from the airport. Great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Beautiful backyard, patios and pool area. It would be great for a family as well. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room to spread out. The manager was very responsive.

Our family of 10 people stayed at this home for a week in March. The location of the property was close to everything we wanted to do while in Phoenix. The home is older but has been refreshed nicely. What we appreciated the most is that the rental included household items like, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel etc. The back yard is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The only thing to be aware of is that E Camelback Road is a busy road making the front 2 bedrooms somewhat noisy at night. Overall a lovely place!

We do a “framily” vacation twice a year and Arizona seems to be our favorite spot. This was our 3rd visit and favorite house. Very cozy but spacious. Backyard was amazing with kiddos. The ONLY downside is that while it does sleep up to 14 (I think that’s what it says) people, the living room sofa is just not ideal for that. We are a movie crew at night and would have loved to be more comfortable and spaced out on a bigger sectional. We had 6 adults and 4 kids so it got crowded. This house is great though!

It was such a nice relaxing stay. Even though the weather was over 105 degrees the host was super helpful providing portable AC units even though the house didn’t need it after a day. Good communication. We celebrated my daughter’s 4th of July birthday and she loved just having all our family in the same roof as she traveled from Florida just to be with the family. We really did enjoy the pool. Bummer we didn’t really enjoy the game patio because of how hot it was. Overall good experience and the house was very spacious for all of us to stay.
